WITH AUTHORITY TUCSON TAKES FIRST GAME AGAINST AGUILAS
Mexicali, BC, November 18, 2025 (TBT Press) - The Tucson Baseball Team defeated the Mexicali Eagles tonight in the first game of the series in Baja California with a decisive 7-3 victory. Mexicali, playing as the visiting team at their home stadium tonight, scored the first run in the very first inning when Norberto Obeso scored on a double by Yadir Drake.
The lead was extended to 2-0 in the third inning with the same duo, a single by Yadir Drake that drove in Norberto Obeso.
Tucson took the lead in the bottom of the fourth inning when Alexis Wilson drove in the first run with a sacrifice fly, and Marcos Valenzuela followed with a bases-clearing triple, scoring José Carlos Ureña and Gaige Howard to make it 3-2.
Mexicali, playing as the visiting team tonight, scored the first run. The game remained scoreless until the sixth inning, when the Tucson team used 10 batters to score four runs, extending their lead to 7-2 over the Mexicali Eagles.
Marcos Valenzuela hit a double to drive in one run, Ramón Mendoza followed with a double to drive in two more, scoring Alexis Wilson and Marcos Valenzuela, and finally, Jesús Fabela singled to bring Ramón Mendoza home, making it 7-2.
Luis Santos drove in a run for the Eagles in the top of the eighth inning, making the score 7-3 in favor of Tucson.
Zoé Carrillo earned his third win of the season, while Jason Blanchard took the loss, his second of the season.
TUCSON CON AUTORIDAD SE APUNTA EL PRIMERO CONTRA AGUILAS
Mexicali, BC, 18 de noviembre 2025 (Prensa TBT).- El Tucson Baseball Team venció esta noche a Aguilas de Mexicali en el primero de la serie desde Baja California con amplia ventaja de 7 carreas por 3.
Mexicali, que esta noche jugó como visita en su estadio, anotó la de la quiniela en la misma primera entrada anotando Norberto Obeso con doblete de Yadir Drake.
La ventaja se amplió 2-0 en la tercera tanda con la misma dupla, hit de Yadir Drake que mandó al plato a Norberto Obeso.
Tucson le dio vuelta al encuentro en el cierre del cuarto episodi, Alexis Wilson con elevado de sacrificioproduce la primera carrera y Marcos Valenzuelacon triplete, limpia las bases anotando José Carlos Ureña y Gaige Howard para el 3-2.
EL encuentro se mantuvo sin movimiento hasta la sexta entrada, misma en la que el equipo de Tucson desfiló con 10 bateadores para concretar rally de 4 anotaciones y de esta manera ampliar su ventaja 7-2 sobre Aguilas de Mexicali.
Marcos Valenzuela conectó doblete para produir una, Ramón Mendoza con doblete produce 2, anotando Alexis Wilson y Marcos Valenzuela y por último Jesús Fabela con senciilo, manda al plato a Ramón Mendoza para el 7-2.
Luis Santos produjo una para Aguilas en la apertura del octavo episodio, moviendo la pizarra 7-3 favoreciendo a Tucson.
Zoé Carrillo se apuntó su tercer victoria de la campaña, mientras que la derrota fue para Jason Blanchard, su segunda de la campaña.
