FULL SERIES FOR YAQUIS

Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, October 26, 2025 (TBT Press) - For the third consecutive night, Tucson falls in Cajeme and get´s .500 this week, losing 4-2 in the final game of the series.

A 4-run rally to start the game in the first inning was enough for the Southern Sonora team to secure the victory. A weak outing from starter Thomas Dorminy, who could only retire one-third  and allow four runs for the Yaquis, the tribe took advantage, and Roberto Valenzuela drove in three with a double, scoring Allen Córdova, Riley Unroe, and Sebastián Elizalde. Shortly after, Valenzuela scored on a single by Andrew Navigato.

Tucson managed to reach home plate until the bottom of the fifth inning when Alejandro Quezada's double drove in Aldo Nuñez.

With the score at 4-1, Tucson managed to pull one closer in the bottom of the seventh inning, scoring Alexis Wilson on a single by Jesús Fabela to shortstop.

Thomas Dorminy suffered his second loss of the season, lasting just one-third of an inning, allowing all four runs in the game and raising his ERA to 13.50.

The win went to Cuban Odrisamer Despaigne, who remained on the mound for six and two-thirds innings with two strikeouts and two walks, also allowing both runs for Arizona. Efraín Contreras earned his first save of the season, pitching a scoreless strikeout in the ninth.

SERIE COMPLETA PARA YAQUIS

Ciudad Obregón, Son., 26 de octubre 2025 (Prensa TBT).- Por tercer noche consecutiva, Tucson cae en Cajeme y se va de .500 en la semana, al perder esta noche por marcador de 4-2 en el último juego de la serie.

Rally de 4 en el inicio del partido en la misma primera entrada, fue suficiente para que la tribu del sur de Sonora se agenciara la victoria, ante floja salida del abridor Thomas Dorminy que solo pudo retirar un tercio y permitir las 4 anotaciones de Yaquis, la tribu aprovecho y Roberto Valenzuela impulsó 3 con doblete, anotando Allen Córdova, Riley Unroe y Sebastián Elizalde, poco después el mismo Valenzuela anota con sencillo de Andrew Navigato.

Tucson logró pisar el homeplate hasta el cierre del quinto capítulo cuando Alejandro Quezada con doblete, impulsó a Aldo Nuñez a la registradora.

Con el marcador 4-1, Tucson logró acercarse con una rayita más en el cierre del séptimo capítulo anotando Alexis Wilson en sencillo de Jesús Fabela por el campo corto.

Thomas Dorminy cargó con su segunda derrota de la campaña aguantando solo 1 tercio y permitiendo las 4 anotaciones del encuentro y elevando su efectividad a 13.50.

La victoria se la llevó el cubano Odrisamer Despaigne al mantenerse en la lomita por espacio de 6 y 2 tercios con 2 ponches y 2 bases, permitiendo también las 2 notaciones del equipo de Arizona. Efraín Contreras se apuntó su primer salvamento de la campaña al tirar la novena con un ponche sin permitir carrera.
