The Tucson Baseball Club officially announced the appointment of Esteban Haro as its new athletic manager, marking the beginning of a new era for the institution.
Haro Soto, recognized for his solid track record in the athletic field, takes on the position with the goal of strengthening the team and fostering the development of young talent.

Esteban Haro has left an indelible mark on the ARCO Mexican Pacific League, particularly standing out with the Mayos de Navojoa since the 2011-2012 season. His consistency and leadership in the bullpen have made him a key player for the team, reaching the historic mark for most appearances in franchise history in December 2022, surpassing the legendary Héctor “Caballo” Heredia.
In addition to his success in the winter league, Haro has had a distinguished career in the Mexican Baseball League and, in 2019, represented Mexico in the ENEOS Samurai Series against Japan. For the 2024-25 season, he continued playing for the Mayos, establishing himself as a key figure in Mexican baseball thanks to his longevity and consistent performance.
The board of directors of the Tucson Baseball Club reaffirmed its commitment to the growth of the sport and the professionalization of its structure, stating that Haro's arrival represents an important step toward those goals.
