THOMAS DORMINY'S ARM ARRIVES TO BOOST TUCSON
Left-hander Thomas Dorminy has been signed by the Tucson Baseball Team for the 2025-2026 season in the ARCO Mexican Pacific League.
Dorminy was born in Lutz, FL on June 1, 1992, and was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the June amateur draft in 2014.
In the LAMP, he played for Algodoneros de Guasave in the 2020-21 season and Venados de Mazatlán in the 2023-24 season.
This year with the Sioux Falls Canaries (American Association), he has a 9-1 win-loss record with a 2.55 ERA in 17 games and 106 innings of work. He has struck out 98 batters and walked only 28 batters.
The starting pitcher will arrive in Tucson to strengthen the starting pitching staff and look to make it to the January Fiestas in Tucson's first season in the strong Mexican Winter League.

El lanzador zurdo Thomas Dorminy ha sido firmado por la directiva de Tucson Baseball Team para esta campaña 2025-2026 de la Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacífico.
El zurdo es nacido en Lutz, FL un 1 de junio de 1992 y fue drafteado por San Diego Padres en el draft amateur de junio en 2014.
En la LAMP ha vestido las franelas de Algodoneros de Guasave en la campaña 20-21 y con Venados de Mazatlán en la 23-24.
Este año con Sioux Falls Canaries (American Asociation) tiene record de 9-1 en ganados y perdidos con un ERA de 2.55 en 17 juegos y 106 entradas de trabajo. Ha recetado un total de 98 ponches y solo ha regalado 28 bases.
El pitcher inicialista llegará a Tucson para darle fuerza al staff de pitcheo abridor y buscará llegar a las fiestas de Enero en la primera campaña de Tucson en la fuerte liga invernal Mexicana.
