Tepic, Nayarit , December 11th, 2025– (TBT Press) The Tucson Baseball Team closed out the series with authority against the Jaguares de Nayarit, claiming the third and decisive matchup held tonight at the Coloso del Pacífico Alejo Peralta. With the win, Tucson secured its first series victory of the second half, taking an important step in building momentum toward the final stretch of the regular season.

Nayarit struck first right from the outset, tagging starter Daniel de la Fuente with a pair of extra-base hits to push across the opening run. Through the first four innings, Tucson’s offense was held quiet, producing only four hits, while the Jaguares extended their lead in the fourth on another extra-base knock that allowed Carlos Sepúlveda to cross the plate.

Tucson’s response came in the fifth. Marco Chicuate—red hot in recent games—jump-started the rally with a double and later scored to trim the deficit to one. The turning point arrived in the sixth inning, when T-Town erupted for a decisive five-run rally against previously unbeaten starter Alex Delgado. Jesús Fabela ignited the comeback with a base hit, followed by Samar Leyva driving in the tying run. Moments later, Marco Chicuate launched his second home run in as many nights to give Tucson the lead. Ramón Mendoza and Francisco Noel Pérez also scored on a three-run blast by River Town that capped the five-run frame, handing Delgado his first loss of the season.

On the pitching side, Edwyn Valle earned the win, entering in the sixth and shutting down the opposing offense to protect the lead. Tucson’s bullpen held firm the rest of the way, with Charlie Hasty working the eighth and a flawless ninth-inning performance to lock down the victory.

To put the game out of reach, Francisco Noel Pérez struck again with a late-inning display of power, belting a solo home run in the bottom of the eighth to extend the lead and seal the final score.

With this win, the Tucson Baseball Team secures its first series of the second half—an important result that boosts confidence as the club approaches a demanding finish to the regular season. In their debut campaign in the Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacífico, Tucson remains firmly in the hunt for a berth in the January postseason.

Tepic, Nayarit, 11 de diciembre 2025 (Prensa TBT).- El Tucson Baseball Team cerró con autoridad la serie ante los Jaguares de Nayarit, adjudicándose el tercer y definitivo duelo celebrado esta noche en el Coloso del Pacífico Alejo Peralta, asegurando así su primera serie de la segunda vuelta y dando un paso importante en el impulso anímico rumbo al cierre del rol regular..

 Jaguares tomó la delantera desde el amanecer del encuentro, atacando al abridor Daniel de la Fuente con par de extrabases para timbrar la primera carrera del juego. En las primeras cuatro entradas, Tucson tuvo una ofensiva discreta con únicamente cuatro imparables,mientras que Nayarit volvió a dañar en la cuarta entrada con otra conexión de poder que permitió a Carlos Sepúlveda ampliar la ventaja.

La reacción de Tucson llegó en el quinto episodio. Marco Chicuate, encendido en los últimos encuentros, abrió la ofensiva con un doblete y posteriormente anotó para recortar la diferencia al mínimo.

 El momento clave llegó en la sexta entrada, cuando el T-Town armó un rally determinante de cinco anotaciones ante los envíos del abridor invicto Alex Delgado, logrando darle la vuelta al juego. Jesús Fabela inició la rebelión con imparable, seguido por Samar Leyva quien empujó la del empate. Acto seguido, Marco Chicuate conectó su segundo cuadrangular en noches consecutivas para completar la voltereta. Ramón Mendoza y Francisco Noel Pérez también cruzaron el plato gracias a un cuadrangular de River Town que coronó el ataque de cinco carreras, sentenciando la primera decisión negativa del año para Alex Delgado, quien cargó con la derrota. En materia de pitcheo, la victoria fue para Edwyn Valle, quien entró en la sexta entrada y contuvo la ofensiva rival para conservar la ventaja.

El bullpen de Tucson sostuvo con solidez la remontada con relevos de Charlie Hasty en la octava y un cierre impecable en la novena.
