RIVER TOWN'S POWER AND SPEED WILL STRENGTHEN THE TUCSON BASEBALL TEAM
Sprinter River Town is already part of the Tucson Baseball Team for the upcoming winter season. A native of Zachary, LA, the outfielder was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 2021.
At 26 years old, the player stands out for his good bat contact, in addition to his excellent defense and baserunning skills.
This year with the Long Island Ducks in the Atlantic League, he has excellent stats with a .327 batting average, 11 home runs, 56 RBIs, and 28 stolen bases.
Town will join the team to set the pace and make a difference in the franchise's quest for its first championship in Tucson.
