NAYARIT WINS SERIES WITH 4-2 DEFEAT OF TUCSON
Tepic, Nayarit, November 6, 2025 - (TBT Press) - Nayarit won the series at home tonight, defeating the Tucson Baseball Team 4-2.
A run in the bottom of the third inning put Tucson ahead when designated hitter José Carlos Ureña hit an RBI single, scoring Jesús Fabela.
It was in the fifth inning that the Jaguars took the lead with two runs. Randy Romero drove in a run with a groundout, and Carlos Sepúlveda drove in another with a single, putting Nayarit ahead 2-1.
The lead extended to 3-1 for Nayarit in the bottom of the sixth inning, when they threatened to score, but were only able to capitalize once with an RBI single by Jacob Amaya.
In the seventh inning, Tucson scored a run when Agustín Ruiz crossed the plate on a sacrifice bunt by Aldo Nuñez, making the score 3-2.
In the bottom of the same inning, Nayarit regained the lead by scoring on a wild pitch by Edwin Valle.
The win went to starter Alan Delgado, the save to Taylor Lehman, and the loss was charged to Jorge Sauceda.
NAYARIT SE QUEDA CON LA SERIE AL VENCER 4-2 A TUCSON
Tepic, Nayarit,06 de noviembre 2025.- (prensa TBT).- Nayarit se queda con la serie en su casa, al vencer esta noche 4-2 a Tucson Baseball Team.
Una carrera en la baja de la tercera entrada puso arriba al equipo Tucson al conectar sencillo productor el bateador designado José Carlos Ureña, anotando Jesús Fabela.
Fue en la quinta tanda que Jaguares le dio la vuelta al encuentro con 2 anotaciones, primero Randy Romero produce con rodado de out y Carlos Sepúlveda con sencillo produce una más para los Nayaritas, poniendo la pizarra 2-1 en su favor.
La ventaja se amplió 3-1 para Nayarit en el cierre del sexto inning, cuando amenazaron, pero solo fueron capaces de concretar en una ocasión con sencillo productor de Jacob Amaya.
En el lucky seven, Tucson descontó una rayita al anotar Agustín Ruiz con toque de sacrificio de Aldo Nuñez para el 3-2.
En el cierre del mismo capítulo, Nayarit recuperó la ventaja al anotar una en wild pitch del lanzador Edwin Valle.
La victoria fue para el abridor Alan Delgado, salvamento para Taylor Lehman y el derrotado Jorge Sauceda.
