IN A BACK-AND-FORTH GAME, THE CHARROS EMERGE VICTORIOUS.

Zapopan, Jalisco. December 21, 2025 – (TBT Press) – The Charros de Jalisco team defeated the Tucson Baseball Team for the third consecutive night in the final game of the series at Estadio Panamericano, winning 6-5. This victory completed the sweep for the Arizona team, who were unable to secure a win in Jalisco.

Alejandro Osuna of the Charros opened the scoring with a triple in the second inning, driving in Reynaldo Rodríguez. Osuna also scored on a sacrifice fly by Cristopher Gastélum. Tucson responded in the bottom of the second inning, taking the lead with three runs. Agustín Ruiz and Msael Rivera scored on a fielder's choice by Alejandro Quezada, and the two scored thanks to a fielding error by Jalisco's first baseman, Reynaldo Rodríguez.

Jalisco regained the lead in the third inning with three runs, making the score 5-3.

Michael Wielanski singled in the tying run, Alejandro Osuna drove in the go-ahead run with another single, and Reynaldo Rodríguez scored on a throwing error by catcher Noel Pérez.

The game remained close until the bottom of the seventh when Ramón Mendoza hit a double, driving in Marco Chicuate and Agustín Ruíz to tie the game 5-5.

Charros took the lead again in the top of the eighth on a sacrifice fly by Mateo Gil, scoring Cristopher Gastélum for the final score of 6-5.

The losing pitcher was Garret Alexander in relief, while Adrián Guzman earned the win, with Gerardo Reyes recording the save.

Zapopan, Jalisco. 21 de diciembre 2025 – (Prensa TBT)-  El equipo de Charros de Jalisco venció por tercer noche consecutiva a Tucson Baseball Team en el último encuentro de la serie desde el Estadio Panamericano al sn de 6 carreras por 5, para de esta manera aplicar la escoba al equipo de Arizona, que no pudo conocer la victoria en tierras tapatías.

Alejandro Osuna de Charros fue el encargado de abrir el marcador con triple en la segunda entrada que mandó a Reynaldo Rodríguez a la registrador, anotando también el mismo Osuna con elevado de sacrificio de Cristopher Gastélum.

Tucson respondió al cierre del mismo segundo rollo dándole la vuelta al encuentro con 3 anotaciones, Agustín Ruiz y Msael Rivera anotaron en jugada de selección bateando Alejandro Quezada y gracias a error en el fildeo del primera base de Jalisco Reynaldo Rodríguez.

Jalisco volvió a tomar la delantera en la tercera entrada con 3 anotaciones que pusieron la pizarra 5-3.

Michael Wielanski con sencillo produce la del empate, Alejandro Osuna produce la del despegue con sencillo y una más llegó en los spikes de Reynaldo Rodríguez que logró anotar en error de tiro del catcher Noel Pérez.

El juego se mantuvo en la raya hasta el cierre de la séptima, cuando Ramón Mandoza logró conectar doblete que mando a sus compañeros Marco Chicuate y Agustín Ruíz al pentágonopara poner el encuentro empatado 5-5.

Charros volvió a ponerse arriba en la alta de la octava, con elevado de sacrificio de Mateo Gil, antando Cristopher Gastélum en la jugada para el 6-5 definitivo.

El pitcher derrotado de la noche fue Garret Alexander en trabajo de relevo, mientras que el ganador resultó Adrián Guzman con salvamneto para Gerardo Reyes.
